I am very pleased that at the Area Committee,  it was agreed to introduce “No Parking At Any Time” Double Yellow lines, at the junctions of Fieldsend Road, Fromondes Road, Kingsdown Road and Stoughton Avenue.  Cars are a little prone to parking at these junctions, which can cause problems with sightlines, especially when pulling out. Stoughton Avenue – Job done!

About a month ago, I reported an incredibly rusty sign for Stoughton Avenue.  I was very pleased to see yesterday, that it has now been repainted.  Interestingly today, I saw a council workman repainting a road sign today and he very kindly let me photograph him.

Whilst out and about, I spotted this rather sorry looking road sign for Stoughton Avenue.  Having told the council, I am pleased to report that the council will be rubbing the rust off and repainting the road sign.
