Many thanks to Sutton Council for making the signage at Chartwell Place clearer. Confusion has reigned for a long time, over where Chartwell Place ended and Chartwell Gardens began.  I hope this now means there is a better chance that delivery men will get it right.

Getting jobs done in Chartwell Place

New Road Surface for Chartwell Place

I am very pleased to see that Sutton Council will start work on resurfacing Chartwell Place this week.  The road is dreadfully uneven and pot holed.  Given the high density of housing in Chartwell Place, Chartwell Gardens and Aldrich Gardens the road takes a fair old pounding from passing cars.
